The flexible template structure of NexTenders ensures that Buyers are also able to replicate their existing ‘manual’ tender templates and easily create new ‘tender-types’ when required. The decision support system and MIS of NexTenders allows Buyers to automate non-critical/repetitive tasks, track workflow, view audit trails, and generally access a complete MIS facility for their tendering processes. Vendors are able to electronically download and upload tender documents, track the status of tenders, receive rules-based real-time sms/email alerts, and even make electronic payments. Value-added services to vendors will include similar MIS facilities as that for Buyers. |
